Serving Ann Arbor, Michigan and surrounding areas, Career Directions is Michigan’s longest running career management firm. Founded in 1979 by principal David Gruner, the company today delivers a broad spectrum of talent management services. Early in its history, Career Directions focused on providing career and corporate outplacement services, and soon expanded to provide leadership coaching and development, assessments, and other career transition services.

The company’s headquarters location is in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Satellite offices also exist in Southfield, Michigan and Troy, Michigan.

Clients work directly with Career Directions’ principals and senior staff. We provide ongoing consultation and frequent progress reports throughout our coaching, assessment, and counseling processes.
