Career Directions' masters-and-doctorate-prepared staff members use a variety of testing processes to match the right people with the right jobs and careers.

• HIRING & PROMOTION EVALUATION. Competency based interviews are combined with a battery of assessment instruments to help organizations select and promote the candidates for a given position.
   
  
• ASSESSMENT CENTERS. Used most frequently in police and fire service, assessment centers combine testing activities from role play and "in basket" to written scenarios and oral boards.
   
  
• CAREER COUNSELING. Clients are counseled individually for changing career directions based on an assessment of workplace skills, interests, values, and motivators. Job search program is an optional follow-on.
