Career Directions' masters-and-doctorate-prepared staff members use a variety of testing processes to match the right people with the right jobs and careers.
HIRING & PROMOTION EVALUATION. Competency based interviews are combined with a battery of assessment instruments to help organizations select and promote the candidates for a given position.
ASSESSMENT CENTERS. Used most frequently in police and fire service, assessment centers combine testing activities from role play and "in basket" to written scenarios and oral boards.
CAREER COUNSELING. Clients are counseled individually for changing career directions based on an assessment of workplace skills, interests, values, and motivators. Job search program is an optional follow-on.
